Will it arrive before my event?

Production usually takes 1–3 business days, plus shipping. Add your event date in the cart to check available dates and any rush fee. Rush speeds up production, not shipping, so leave time for delivery and setup.

Can I send an inspiration image instead of finished artwork?

Yes. Send a screenshot, sketch, or mood board and we can help plan a coordinated custom set. Final photos and artwork must be yours or licensed for you to use.

What if my image has a background or needs enhancement?

Upload the clearest copy you have and check the cutout preview. We check image quality and include free enhancements. If we need a better file, we’ll contact you before printing.

How do sizing and wide artwork work?

Cutouts can be 2–7 ft on their primary dimension. Tall pieces are measured by height and wide pieces by width. The opposite dimension is limited to 45 inches, and sizes that cannot fit are disabled in the builder.

Which backdrop sizes and shapes are available?

Backdrop faces are available in 30 × 48, 32 × 60, 40 × 72, and 45 × 84 inches, with rounded arch, flat-top, and open-arch options.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Verified print errors and shipping damage qualify for a reprint. Report the issue within 48 hours with photos of the printed piece, the outside of the box, and the shipping label. Because every piece is custom, preference returns are not accepted.
